Entworfen wurde dieser Token vom Tomb.finance-Team als erster algorithmischer, an FTM gebundener Token, statt eines Stablecoins, im Opera Mainnet. Die dahinterstehende Funktion kann das Angebot des Tokens auf dem Markt anpassen, um so den Preis des Tokens selbst zu erhöhen oder zu mindern, um den jeweiligen Zielpreis wieder zu erreichen. Dies bringt dem Token-Preis sowohl Programmierbarkeit als auch Stabilität. Da Tomb von der ursprünglichen Idee von „Basis“ und der Verbesserung Ihrer Vorgänger (bDollar und soup) inspiriert wurde, ist Tomb ein Multi-Token-Protokoll, welches aus Folgenden Token besteht: Tomb ($TOMB), Tomb Shares ($TSHARES), und Tomb Bonds (TBOND). ## Was unterscheidet Tomb von anderen Algocoins? Zunächst - Tomb ist nicht an einen Stablecoin gebunden, sondern an FTM. Warum? Weil wir in das Potential des OPERA Fantom-Netzwerk vertrauen und wir deshalb versuchen, FTM mehr Wert zu verleihen, indem wir dessen Preis folgen und gleichzeitig zusätzliche Anwendungsmöglichkeiten hinzufügen. Das genau ist auch unser zweiter Grund: Anwendungsmöglichkeiten.
